Through this 8 week journey, we will dive into your unique astrology and leave no stone unturned. You will get insight into what motivates you, your character and your potentials for growth. These insights will allow you to explore the influences at play and the energy that shapes every aspect of your life. You will gain self awareness and have self acceptance of your patterns and behaviours, all designed to empower you to make more conscious choices. I spent years involved in some form of deep spiritual and self work, whether in therapy session, learning psychology, practicing astrology, energy work, nervous system work and using different neuroscience techniques. In week 1, we dive straight into your unique astrological birth chart. This will be a comprehensive and complete reading of your enter birth chart, your unique authentic code and blueprint. You came here as a soul with a purpose and an intention, and through reading your chart, you will uncover what that is, what you came here to achieve, karmic lessons you came to learn and the how you came to shine bright. Everything you do in life is filtered through your souls blue print; your gifts and your challenges. Your chart never changes and you can always come back to it.

Your chart points to your natural gifts and areas of life you find ease, but it can also point to where and how you find tension in life, your fears and your limiting beliefs. This is where were start, peeling back layers to your authentic self and full potential.

Throughout life, and no fault of our own, we all experience some kind of pain, shame and conditioning. This becomes your subconscious beliefs and keeps you in behavioural patterns and programming, blocked from living a life of expansion, magnetism and fulfillment.

Where do you feel blocked? What do you fear? Where do you hold that pain? Where do you limit yourself and hold yourself back? What are your patterns, regardless of how you have tried to break free? In week 3, we will take a deeper look at your shadows, fears, limiting and subconscious beliefs.

Inner Child & Shadow. So much of who we are, and what be come to believe about ourselves, starts in early childhood between the ages of 0-14. These experiences then becomes ingrained in our subconscious and how you can use your emotional self to gauge if you feel safe and secure. We will also discuss the nervous system, what it is and how it works.

What you experience in early childhood carries through to the rest of our life, and wherever we were met with hurt, pain and shame becomes areas of limiting beliefs and insecurites. We manifest from our subconscious. What we think and believe we deserve stems from our limiting beliefs and creates blocks. And if we have never seen to believe that something is possible, we can’t manifest the things into our life that our soul truly desires. In your astrological birth chart, there are clues to where these limiting beliefs stem from the keys to unlock them. Our souls desire growth and evolution through these karmic lessons.

PHASE 2: Your COMPASS

In week 2, we take a deeper look at your South and North Nodes and the CROSS: your A/C, D/C, M/C, I/C. Think of these key points as your compass. Through a series of exercises, we will look deeper and get clarity on what you core essence is and what you truly value. What is important to you in life, what makes you feel on track? Is it freedom and independence? Success? Nice things? Connection? This is informs so much about who you are and how you approach everything you do. Getting clarity of this can help get you back on track when feeling lost.

A/C aka RISING SIGN: Your identity. Your being. Your view of life. How the world sees you.

D/C: How you view relationship. What you look for in “the other”.

M/C: Your higher purpose, Your CALLING, Aspirations, What you offer the world.

I/C: Your deepest root. Origins. Innermost private life.

PHASE 3: SHADOW Work

We do not manifest from our conscious, magical or positive thought, manipulation or gratitude. We manifest from our subconscious beliefs. Now that you know where you are limiting yourself and what natural gifts you can use to manifest into your life, in week 5 you will start your manifestation list. These can be something big as a career advancement that you are calling in, to finding your favourite brand of jeans for 50% off. Whatever your heart desires, you will start to call it in. When you can unblock from your subconscious thoughts and expand what you know to believe, you start to witness that anything is possible. You will get an insight into some planetary transits you can use to tap into this magnetism for manifesting, how to use the moon each month and how to craft a manifestation list that is totally attainable within 6-12 months.

We are multidimensional beings, and it’s in our authentic code as soul to want to self express, evolve and expand. We are born with the keys to unlock our natural gifts and gifts we wish to improve. We come into this world from the one before with wisdom and magnetism. But through our conditioning, we lose the ability to access some of that magic. Your chart shows gifts you were born with, ones you want to develop and improve and experiences from past lives that you bring into this one. In week 4, we look at areas and ways of expansion to help you manifest abundance into your life. These are places of ease and where we draw on for moments of safety, inspiration, passion, motivation and optimism.

PHASE 6: Your INNER WISDOM and PSYCHIC Being

In week 6, we explore your inner wisdom. This is your intuition and it is your greatest gift and tool. Do you trust it? In our present culture, especially if you live in the west, we are shown to believe to trust logic over everything else, but trusting yourself and getting back to believing in that inner knowing will prove to be the greatest gift. In week 6, we work to strengthen that trust muscle. There is a quote I love: “Your intuition is the sum of all the times you trusted yourself”. Through a series of exercises and practices, you will begin to see to believe that your intuition has always been guiding you.

Did you know that we all have the ability to access our inner knowing. Some called it psychic ability, some call it coincidence, whatever you believe, it’s most important that you get back to trusting you. Through a series of exercises and practices, you will learn to find that inner knowing through your five senses called The Clairs: to see, to hear, to smell, to feel, to touch, to taste, to know. We will work to uncover your gift of knowing and how to develop and strengthen it.

PHASE 7: THE MOON - Your Emotional BODY

Working with the Moon each month means working with the energy of the Moon. Each month we welcome in a New Moon in one astrological sign and 2 weeks later we welcome in a Full Moon. With the Sun and Moon in the same sign, want and needs of the two luminaries align. New Moons signal and represent a fresh start, new beginning and an area of life we wish to set intentions and write our manifestations. In the dark of the night, we plant seeds for our future. These are areas of life we wish to expand and grow.

During a Full Moon, the Sun and Moon are in opposite signs. This phase marks half way in the lunar cycle. At a point of peak energy, the moon illuminates an area of life we are currently working on, developing + expanding. Like turning the lights on in a dark room, or directing a spotlight, the full moon pulls focus. Whatever is not in alignment is brought to attention. You can't unseen it. This allow you to gain new perspective so you can redirect if necessary and let go of what isn't working to make space for new.

In week 7, we will look at your Moon sign and what lunar phase you were born under. This will expand on what your emotional self needs and what you can do with it. The lunar phase each month and what that means for you can show you what days each month will better serve you for something more social, or days to go inward and self reflect. Also included, we will look at the Eclipses and what they mean for you.

In our 8 week closing call, we put all this work together. We will look into the year ahead for any major transits that are important for you to take note of. This is the energy of the collective as well as any personal energy that will show opportunities for growth and and areas of expansion. You are only limited by what you see to be possible. Being aware and open to your blocks and accepting of your gifts, your can unlock a new thought foundation. In our closing call, you will reflect back on this 8 weeks of transformation and uncover any areas where you still feel blocked, taking with you exercises and practices to bring you back to your most authentic self. You can always come back to you.
