As a group, I will lead you through a New Moon ritual to support you in releasing old patterns, fears and beliefs, get clear on your manifestations and intentions, guide you in a deep imagining meditation to engage your senses and emotions, express gratitude to raise your vibration and inspire your to take aligned action.
The Sun represents our purpose and life force, and the Moon our emotional body, our intuition and our soul’s voice. In the dark of night during the New Moon phase, the Sun and Moon come together in the same Zodiac Sign where both luminaries wants and needs align. In this combined aligned energy, we tap into the magik of the New Moon.

Reflect and release on the previous lunar cycle. It’s important to first let go of any negative pattern, belief, fear or attachments that are holding you back.
Get clear on your intentions, shifting your attention and focus to what you want to manifest and experience in your life.
Visualize and feel your intentions through a deep imaginaing meditation to engage your senses and emotions - to see, hear and feel yourself living your soul’s intentions. This will also allow you to tap into your intuition.
Express gratitude for the opportunity and abundance you’re about to receive. Gratitide helps raise your vibration and attract more.
Take inspired and aligned action. To manifest, we must also take
action aligned with your intentions.
